When you voluntarily use the “Share Location” feature and grant permission, we temporarily access your device’s precise or approximate geographic location (e.g., GPS coordinates or network-based location). This information is used solely to create a one-time location message and is never stored on, or transmitted through, our own servers.

We may use analytics tools or other third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, etc.) to help us measure App traffic and usage trends. These tools may collect information sent by your device or the App, such as web pages you visit or features you use within the App, and assist us in analyzing and improving the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  1. To Provide and Maintain the App: We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the features and functionality of the App.
  2. To Facilitate Location Sharing: If you choose to share your location, we use the location data exclusively to generate and send the requested location message to your chosen chat. We do not continue to monitor or store your location after the message has been sent.To Communicate with You: We may send you notifications, updates, and other important information related to the App.
  3. To Analyze Usage and Trends: We use usage data to understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users, to improve the App, and to develop new features.
  4. To Comply with Legal Requirements: We may use or disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share information in the following ways:

  1. With Telegram: Since this App is a third-party client for Telegram, certain limited information is shared with Telegram's servers, as required for functionality (e.g., delivering messages, fetching chats). We do not store your messages, media, or chat data on our servers; this data is processed and stored by Telegram. Non-personal usage data we collect (e.g., analytics data) may be retained for as long as is necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Location data generated via the “Share Location” feature is purged from local cache immediately after the message is sent and is never retained on our servers.

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • Account Information: You can control and update certain personal information through the Telegram platform or within the App's settings.
  • Device Permissions: You can revoke any permissions you granted to the App, such as access to camera or notifications, via your device's settings at any time. You may revoke the App’s access to location services at any time in your device settings; doing so will disable the “Share Location” feature without affecting other functionality.
  • Opt-Out of Analytics: Some third-party analytics services offer opt-out features. Check the relevant service's website for details on how to opt out.

By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under this age.
