Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By creating an account, logging in via Telegram, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the last update above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you do not, you must not access or use the App.

3. Description of the Service

• The App is a third-party client for Telegram, offering an alternative interface to interact with the Telegram messaging platform. The App's functionality may rely on Telegram's servers or other third-party services, which we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services.

4. User Accounts and Login

4.1 Telegram Login

To use the App, you must log in with your Telegram account. By logging in, you grant us permission to access certain information associated with your Telegram account (e.g., username, phone number, profile picture) as necessary for the App's functionality.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram login credentials. You agree to promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. License and Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device you own or control.

5.2 Reservation of Rights

We (and our licensors) retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly stated in these Terms.

5.3 Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other proprietary designations used in the App are the property of their respective owners. You agree not to use any of the foregoing without prior written consent from the owner.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate Laws: Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local, state, national, or international laws.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or related systems.
• Interference: Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers or networks.
• Harassment or Abuse: Engage in harassment, spamming, or any obscene/offensive behavior.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code of the App.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The App may include links or content from third parties (e.g., Telegram). We do not control or endorse these third-party services or content, and your interactions with them are governed by their respective terms and policies.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

9. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. In such an event, all licenses granted herein terminate, and you must cease using the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1 As Is, As Available

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App.

10.2 No Warranty of Functionality

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the App.

10.3 Third-Party Disclaimer

As a third-party client for Telegram, we are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or failures of Telegram or any other external service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intent Inc. and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, licensors, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from or relating to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Intent Inc. and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to:

• your access to or use of the App,
• your violation of these Terms, or
• your violation of any applicable laws or the rights of any third party.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements you enter into with us related to the App, constitute the entire agreement between you and Intent Inc. regarding your use of the App.
